Apartment owners will have the option to occupy their unit, lease it long term or enter the letting agreement under which units will be marketed as luxury apartment accommodation under the Mirage Airlie Beach, Whisper Bay brand.

By entering the letting agreement, owners will receive the following benefits:

• Unlimited access to their unit, providing it is not pre-booked; and
• Rental income, which together with significant income tax benefits, will make luxury holiday apartment ownership more affordable.
